4. Services & Client Materials

Animus Studio provides creative strategy and brand development services, including but not limited to:Brand perception strategyBrand diagnostics and auditsCreative directionVisual identity systemsCampaign developmentAI-assisted creative productionBrand world developmentAll creative engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW), proposal, or service agreement. These Terms apply only to use of the Site and do not replace any agreement governing purchased Services.

Client Materials

Any materials, information, brand assets, documents, or proprietary information submitted to Animus Studio ("Client Materials") will be treated as confidential and used only for purposes related to evaluating or providing Services.Animus Studio will take reasonable measures to protect Client Materials and restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers.

AI-Assisted Creative

Animus Studio may use artificial intelligence tools as part of its creative development process.We use commercially available tools and platforms selected for professional creative workflows. Specific ownership, licensing, usage rights, and deliverable terms will be defined within the applicable Service Agreement.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services.Animus Studio does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party websites.Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Site is at your own risk.The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.Animus Studio does not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
